The four hour seminar will present a case study using the soon to be completed Kennedy Community School in St. Joseph, MN applying for Silver LEED Certification.

Presenters are:

After the seminar please stay and join us for an optional tour of Kennedy Community School guided by lead project representatives from the school district, architectural and construction companies. Kennedy is applying for Silver LEED Certification. The next stop on our tour will be D. H. Blattner & Sons, Inc. a heavy civil contractor and construction manager delivering collaborative construction solutions to industry leaders throughout the United States and Canada. Their recently completed home office located in Avon, MN is applying for Platinum LEED Certification. Participants will view sustainable green building concepts incorporated into the design of the projects and their relationship to the LEED rating system; OR, if you prefer, join in the fun of our 18 hole golf scramble while networking with area organizations and businesses.

 

Finish the day off by joining The Partnership and our guests at 5:00 p.m., immediately following the tour and golf scramble, for a social with door prizes, golf awards, hors d ’Oeuvre buffet and cash bar sponsored by WERC..
